Granite Creek Development Group LLC was formed during one of the world’s most historic low points, COVID. Two men having a belief in each other during this shut down seized an opportunity to create a unique home building company. Nick Simonson researched and dreamed for years to begin a construction company that was detailed oriented, cutting edge and more importantly created a lifestyle for the modern family.
Nick was determined to make his dream come true, with patience and perseverance what started as an innocent conversation with Jon McMahon put the wheels in motion that changed everything. Nick and Jon got to work with the passion and vision to create a life style construction company.
