Born in Scotch Plains, New Jersey then later living in New York City, Jon has always been interested in real estate. From his first home purchase in 1998, to future investments throughout the state of New Jersey. Jon expanded his holdings to Park City Utah, Gulf Shores Alabama, Inner Harbor Baltimore, Las Vegas Nevada and Prescott Arizona. Honing his skills and knowledge along the way.

What started as a hobby was now becoming a passionate career. Whether on vacation or just traveling Jon made the time to meet with realtors and learn about the areas and the industry. It was during this time Jon was introduced to Nick, an experienced builder in the Phoenix Arizona with a 20-year track record in home construction. This introduction has led to the next chapter for both men in Prescott, Arizona and the Granite Creek Development Group LLC.

Jon’s zest for life along with his entrepreneurial spirit is welcoming amongst his peers and business partners. Jon believes in doing it right and if he cannot envision himself living in one of his homes or areas he doesn’t expect you would want to either! Good relationships  and quality people is what keeps Jon motivated. Life is a process and so is home building.

Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. Nick has been in the real estate home construction business for over 20 years! He began working in the industry as a detailer and moved up the ladder to become a project manager for one of the largest home-builders in the state. As a large-scale projects manager, Nick was exposed to all facets of the industry while being responsible for projects well into the millions of dollars and upwards of over $30 million in inventory assets! This experience has led to his belief to high standards of professionalism, quality, and efficiency.

He is motivated to help clients realize their dreams and goals of homeownership, whether that be through existing home remodels or complete home builds. Detail-oriented and efficient, he prides himself on his professionalism and high caliber work ethic. Each job is completed with efficiency and dedication. 

A loving father and husband Nick provides for his family and future with his passion of building homes.

DJ originally from Roseville in Northern California. He attended Cal Poly State University SLO, and also graduated from AMDA, an acting conservatory in Hollywood, CA. Born into an athletic family, DJ is an extreme sports fan and enjoys anything to do with the outdoors and sports. Northern Arizona’s big skies, stunning pines, boulders, sweeping prairie vistas, and clean air backdrop create an inviting outdoorsy lifestyle which definitely sealed DJ’s love for this area. After getting married in Chino Valley, he and his wife couldn’t help but fall in love with the charm of a smaller town. They packed their bags made Prescott their home and never looked back. Since moving they have started their family here and become part of the fabric of this beautiful area. As a realtor, DJ takes pride in providing a professional and enthusiastic approach with his clients. After selling more than 200 homes in the last 5 years and becoming a top agent in the quad city area, DJ decided to branch out and start his own team, Sheridan Property Group.
